We are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Administrative and Trips Assistant to join our vibrant and busy school office. This role provides essential and high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Headteacher and Educational Visits Coordinator, while also contributing to our growing Trips provision. We are looking for someone who: Has strong administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting. Can work flexibly and manage competing priorities, often to tight deadlines. Can demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. Is highly competent in ICT, with confidence using a range of software and systems. Shows initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Has an interest in supporting young people with their future education and career choices. Is adaptable and willing to develop new skills; training for the Trips element of the role will be provided. Experience of working in a secondary school environment is desirable but not essential. This role is well suited to someone who is passionate about supporting young people and contributing to a positive and professional school culture.
