The role As Maths Lead, you will drive excellence in mathematics across the school while continuing to deliver high-quality teaching in your own classroom. Maths leadership Lead the development and delivery of a clear, ambitious Maths curriculum Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement in Maths across all year groups Support and develop colleagues to deliver consistently strong Maths teaching Monitor pupil progress and use data to inform improvement strategies Promote a love of Maths and a positive, confident learning culture Classroom teaching Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire all learners Ensure all pupils make strong progress through effective teaching and assessment Create an inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed Whole school contribution Contribute to the wider life and ongoing development of the school Support school priorities and continuous improvement Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families Who we’re looking for We are looking for a teacher who is ready to take the next step into leadership and make a meaningful impact.
