Greswold Primary School · Solihull, West Midlands
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Key Stage 2 Class Teacher on a permanent contract, starting in September 2026. Greswold Primary School is a large, ethnically diverse school located close to the centre of Solihull. We are proud of our inclusive ethos, where every child and every member of staff is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. Our vision is simple but powerful: to create a learning community where every child really does matter. Our BRICKS values — Belonging, Respect, Independence, Curiosity, Kindness and Success — underpin all aspects of school life and shape our curriculum, relationships and decision-making. Inclusion and wellbeing are at the heart of these values and inform how we support children with diverse needs and how we work together as a school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, reflective and ambitious teacher to join a welcoming and collaborative school. We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inclusive practice, with a strong commitment to supporting the academic, emotional and social development of all pupils. We are committed to professional growth and continuous development and actively encourage colleagues to develop their strengths, broaden their experience and take on leadership opportunities where appropriate. Greswold is keen to support staff who aspire to future middle or senior leadership roles. The successful applicant will be paid on the Main to Upper Pay Range (M1–U3), currently £32,916 to £51,048. Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers as well as experienced teachers. Please note that the school does not automatically recognise pay portability.
