About the role

The

Governors of St Thomas More Catholic High School are seeking to appoint a Cover

Supervisor to supervise, motivate and engage whole classes of pupils and ensure

that set work is completed in the absence of the teacher. Along with providing organisational and

administrative support for covering staff absences they should maintain an

encouraging and supportive attitude towards pupils, have behavioural management

skills and a resourceful approach to tasks.
