About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally: Have experience of working across the primary age range Have experience working in a TA or HLTA role Have experience of covering classes Have knowledge of Sounds Write phonics, Complete Maths and PKC Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative Be able to work flexibly and professionally A bout Role We are looking for an experienced HLTA to join our team, working 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
