About the role

The Oaks Academy are looking to appoint a Caretaker. As part of our site team you will be one of the key elements that enables the smooth running of our school. The team take pride in the school's development and have a vital role to play in the successful running of the school site. The successful applicant will be part of a team that helps maintain our site, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures. Hours of work: 27.5 per week, 52 weeks per year Shift Patterns: Mixture of morning and afternoon shifts to be confirmed with successful candidate. Morning: 07:00 - 13:00. Afternoon: 12:00 - 18:00 Contract: Permanent to commence in August 2026 Actual salary range: Β£ 24,796 to Β£25,186 (Pro-rata salary Β£18,429) Closing Date/Interviews: Applications close, Wednesday 22nd July 2026 at midnight.
