This vital role focuses on creating a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for students during their daily break times - lunch and break. As part of this role, you will: Daily responsibilities include supervising students in the restaurant area and outside spaces; you will actively encourage independence by helping children develop good eating manners, proper cutlery usage, and positive habits.  Supervisors also monitor student movement to keep the premises secure, manage dining hall setups, clean light spillages, and administer simple first aid when necessary (training provided).  The ideal candidate possesses experience supervising children, preferably within a school context. You will be someone who: Experience of working within a school is ideal but not essential. Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Patient, motivated, flexible and adaptable. About us Worle Community School is currently part of The Priory Learning Trust, a group of like-minded schools whose shared ambition is to provide A Great Education for Every Child.
