This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, builds positive relationships with ease, and wants to make a genuine difference to children's learning and development. We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and professional An excellent communicator with both children and adults Organised, reliable, and adaptable Caring, patient, and supportive Able to demonstrate excellent timekeeping and teamwork Positive, proactive, and equipped with a good sense of humour! We would particularly welcome applications from graduates or experienced Teaching Assistants who have: Good standards of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent) Strong computing skills An understanding of the National Curriculum Experience supporting learning and helping children overcome barriers to success Experience working within a classroom environment Experience of leading interventions linked to the needs of the phase and impact being able to be seen in the classroom Why Lakenham?
