The successful
candidate will oversee the smooth running of all aspects of internal and
external examinations at the school including organisation and running of the
examinations, ensuring compliance with school and examination board policy as
well as overseeing a team of invigilators.
The role also
involves providing excellent administrative support, undertaking a variety of
tasks, under the guidance of the Business Manager.
You
donβt necessarily have to have a degree or hold a specific qualification, and
you donβt have to have worked in schools. What matters most is that you are someone
who has a high level of efficiency to run pre-defined processes, can expertly
use computerised administrative systems and has excellent communication,
analytical and interpersonal skills due to the high levels of interaction with
our students and staff. Candidates must
have a strong background in organisation and administrative diligence.
Applicants must have an appetite to develop and
learn, with a positive and proactive approach to work. The school specific
systems are likely to be something the successful candidate will need to learn,
but already having strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to
work, this should not be a problem
