We are looking for a dedicated Year Manager to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing a broad and balanced curriculum that leads to outstanding learning and progress. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time, plus non-pupil days) A Day in the Life: You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas: To work with a range of students, giving priority to those who need the most help, especially those students at risk of exclusion from the mainstream school setting and/or experiencing multiple disadvantages. To be the first point of contact for parents/carers developing positive and supportive home/school relationships. Inspire trust and confidence in all stakeholders and colleagues.
