Are you a passionate Early Years educator who believes that every child deserves an exciting, enriching start to their education? Do you want to work in an environment where your creativity is celebrated, and every child’s voice is truly heard? If so, we want you to Bring It! About Our Trust & Vision At the heart of our Trust’s vision is a deep commitment to giving every child an exceptional start to their educational journey. We aim to spark an enduring love of learning by ensuring achievement for all. We don’t just teach; we embrace everything our children bring to school through our unique “Bring It!” philosophy, built on three core pillars: We Bring Friendship: We nurture kind, inclusive communities where every child feels safe, valued, and connected. Through collaborative play, we help children develop empathy, respect, and lifelong social skills. We Bring Creativity: We design a bespoke, carefully tailored curriculum shaped around children’s interests and talents. We blend focused learning sessions with rich continuous provision and purposeful play—both indoors and outdoors. We Bring Courage: We empower children to take risks, express themselves, and grow in confidence. The Role As an Early Years Teacher within our Trust, you will be a champion for early communication and literacy. You will prioritise speech and language development, giving children the tools to articulate their feelings and ideas. Recognising that learning to read is one of the most powerful tools we can give a child, you will place high importance on early reading, equipping our youngest learners with the confidence and joy needed to thrive. You will also understand that education is a shared journey. You will actively engage in our extended transition process, champion home learning, and utilise our EYFS online platform to build strong, celebratory partnerships with parents. What We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS) with a deep understanding of, and passion for, the EYFS statutory framework. An innovative practitioner who can blend structured learning with child-led exploration. A champion for early reading, speech, language, and communication. A collaborative team player who builds strong, warm relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. An educator committed to developing independent, thoughtful children who are ready for life. This role is full time working on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027. Please note: This role is essential and as such we will be interviewing as suitable applicants apply. We reserve the right to close this role early should vacancies be filled before the closing date. What We Offer You: A supportive, collaborative Trust network of passionate Early Years professionals. High-quality, bespoke continuous professional development (CPD). An environment that values your creativity and trusts your professional judgment. Well-being support and a commitment to a healthy work-life balance. a
