Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for someone

who:

Will work alongside children with SEN, in

groups or on a 1:1 basis, within a classroom setting or in designated spaces Can engage and motivate children

appropriately and sensitively Has excellent organisational skills and is a

good communicator Can use their initiative when working on

their own, and can work effectively as part of a team Is calm, resilient and flexible Has a good understanding of positive

strategies to promote positive behaviour Has a genuine desire to make a difference to

children’s learning and development

The duties and

responsibilities listed describe the post as it is at present. The post holder

is expected to accept any reasonable alterations that may from time to time be

necessary. This role will be reviewed annually.
