SEND Teaching Assistant Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week- Monday - Friday 8:30am -3:30pm - with 30 minutes lunch break, Term Time only This post is temporary named child contract £19,272.25 - £19,891.45 Actual Annual Salary We are looking to recruit a friendly and approachable Teaching Assistant to work with a SEND pupil. The ideal candidate would be someone able to work calmly and flexibly using a variety of interventions to meet the needs of our children. You must enjoy the challenge of working with our remarkable children and want to make a difference to their well-being and education. Main Duties; * Provide support in the classroom to individuals/groups as directed by the lass teacher/line manager (e.g. adapting activities to meet pupils' needs within IEPs, care plans etc.) * Follow and implement the school's behaviour and related policies and procedures. Invigilate tests and examinations as directed. * Provide support for learning in the classroom as directed by the class teacher/line manager and help to maintain the order of cleanliness of the classroom environment e.g. putting up displays, (may involve the '21 tasks of the National Agreement) * Assist in the supervision of children d
