We are looking for someone who can β’ Build and maintain relationships with our young people and their families. β’ Monitor attendance and truancy issues for pupils who access alternative provisions and devise and implement intervention strategies to improve these issues β’ Oversee and quality assure Alternative Provision β’ Liaising with all external agencies involved with our families β’ Work with our pupils, staff and alternative providers to find the education that best suits our pupilsβ needs β’ Effect real change and improvements to the lives and life chances of our amazing young people.
