We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to join our welcoming secondary school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in supporting our students by providing safe and reliable transport for school journeys, educational visits, sporting fixtures, and other activities. As our Minibus Driver, you will: Safely transport students and staff to and from school events and activities. Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the minibus is clean and well maintained. Follow all road traffic regulations and school transport procedures. Maintain accurate journey records where required. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents while representing the school professionally. Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or concerns promptly. We are looking for someone who: Holds a full, clean UK driving licence with the appropriate entitlement to drive a minibus (or is willing to obtain the necessary qualification if required). Has an excellent driving record and a strong commitment to road safety. Is punctual, dependable, and organised. Enjoys working with young people and can communicate in a calm, friendly, and professional manner. Is flexible and willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or during the school day to support school activities. Our ethos is ‘Aspiring and Achieving Together’.
