We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team. This is a part-time role supporting our Nursery children during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will help to create a safe, positive and nurturing environment, assisting children with their lunchtime routines, encouraging independence, promoting good manners, and ensuring their wellbeing throughout the lunch break. The successful candidate will: Have experience of working with young children, ideally within an Early Years setting. Be patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with children. Support children with eating, hygiene and social interaction during lunchtime. Work effectively as part of the Early Years team. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
