About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, and working closely with the Principal, you will lead the academy's operational services, ensuring excellence across: Estates, facilities and site management Health and Safety compliance Administration and business support services Finance and procurement Human Resources Catering and transport IT service coordination Marketing and communications Risk management and statutory compliance As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute strategically to whole-school improvement while leading support staff and working collaboratively with Trust-wide specialist teams to deliver outstanding operational services. We are looking for someone who: Has significant operational or business management experience, ideally within education or a similarly complex organisation. Is an inspiring leader with excellent people management skills. Has strong knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and facilities management. Can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Is financially astute with experience of budgets, procurement and contract management.
