CLEANING MANAGER Commencing - ASAP Term Time + 3 Weeks 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm Salary - £28,142 to £31,022 FTE Actual Salary - £13,749 to £15,156 p.a. The Role Watling Academy is seeking a motivated Cleaning Manager to lead our evening cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across the school. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operation, manage staff, monitor standards, carry out inspections, coordinate deep cleaning programmes and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. The role also includes supporting wider site operations during evening shifts and helping to ensure the school is safe, secure and ready for learning each day. The successful candidate will have previous cleaning and supervisory experience, strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards.
