The successful candidate will:

Have a strong understanding of the barriers faced by
pupils with SEND, SEMH needs and EBSA.
Be able to establish trusting relationships with pupils
and families to improve engagement and attendance.
Work effectively with teachers, the SENDCo, the SEMH
Lead, Inclusion Lead and external professionals to provide high-quality
support.
Demonstrate patience, resilience and a commitment to
achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
