Finance Business Partner - South Warwickshire & Leamington Hub Make Data Matter. Help Schools Thrive. We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded Finance Business Partner to work closely with our schools across central Warwickshire, helping leaders make informed decisions that improve outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and strategic decision-making. This is far more than a traditional finance role. You'll become a trusted adviser to senior leaders, translating financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making that shapes the future of our schools. Why This Role is Different You'll work directly with school leaders to: Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Develop robust budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans. Build financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic decisions. Produce insightful management information that drives action. Help schools improve value for money and maximise resources for pupils. Influence decision-making at both school and Trust level. Support strategic projects, organisational growth, system improvements and new schools joining the Trust. The role includes preparing budgets and long-term financial plans, producing management information, identifying financial risks and opportunities, providing scenario modelling and supporting strategic financial decision-making across schools.
