About the role

Cradley CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant Level 2. The chosen candidate will work across the school supporting in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The hours of work will be 1 morning and 4 afternoons. We are looking for someone who has: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and excellent communication skills. The ability to build positive relationships with children who may display challenging behaviour. An empathic, patient and caring approach and the ability to support children struggling with expectations and boundaries and/or academic progress. An understanding of the needs of children who may have social, emotional and mental health needs. A good basic level of education. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
