About this Role Job Overview Working in our Acorns Nursery and under the guidance of the EYFS Assistant Headteacher you will required to Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework Ensure developmental needs are met within a framework of planned activities Provide EYFS Lead with information relevant to statutory 2 year old checks Actively monitor children's well-being fostering social and emotional growth Carry out observations in line with current policy, using them to inform planning Maintain records in line with EYFS Guidelines, local standards, Oaktree and Blue Kite Academy Trust policies and OFSTED requirements Liaise with school SENCo collecting and providing evidence where needed Participate in performance management Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children in the school Contribute to a nurturing, stimulating and challenging environment for all our children. Working hours are 8.30 - 3.30 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch - 32.5 hours per week The role is based on M grade, with pay dependent on experience The role is term time only - 39 working weeks 44.85 paid weeks.
