organised Business Support Officer – Attendance to join our Lower School team.

This is a key role at the heart of our pastoral and administrative operations,

supporting excellent attendance and ensuring our students are set up to

succeed. If you enjoy working with young people, thrive in a

busy environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, this role offers

variety, purpose and the chance to make a real impact every day. You will play a central role in managing attendance

for Key Stage 3, including:

Handling

daily absence notes, emails and phone calls

Updating

SIMS accurately and efficiently

Contacting

parents and carers regarding student absence

Supporting

the organisation of lateness, behaviour processes, detentions and

isolation registers

Ensuring

smooth, well‑coordinated administrative systems across the Upper School

This is a role where your organisation, communication

and attention to detail will directly support students’ wellbeing and progress. We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:

organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities

Confident,

professional and calm under pressure

Skilled in

ICT, particularly Microsoft Excel and the wider Office suite

Strong

communicators with excellent interpersonal skills

Quick to

learn new systems (experience with SIMS is helpful but not essential)

Experience working with young people or in a school

environment is beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates with
