By coordinating early help and structured behaviour plans, you directly protect the learning environment for everyone. What You Will Bring Pastoral Experience: Proven experience working within a secondary school pastoral team is essential. Intervention Expertise: The ability to plan, implement, and evaluate targeted interventions, such as Individual Behaviour Plans or Early Help Assessments.
