About the role

As Trust Admin Officer, you will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and providing support to the Central Finance Team. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative and office support. Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Maintaining HR files and updating the payroll system. Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices and BACS payments. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required. About You The successful candidate will have: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. A professional, reliable, and proactive approach. Previous administrative experience.
