Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a talented individual to help foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community. You will have: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C. Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture. Outstanding behaviour management practitioner. Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements. A profound understanding of the elements which comprise effective behaviour management.
