We require a practitioner who: - Wants to do their best for the children in their care and is open to learning and development. Values supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing to enable them to grow into successful young people. Believes in developing children’s abilities through an inclusive, nurturing and inspiring curriculum. Will be able to form good relationships with the children and all stakeholders. Is positive, driven, enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively. Has good English and Maths skills to enable them to support pupils with their learning. Has some understanding of supporting children with English as an additional language and special educational needs.
