Higher Level Higher Level Teaching Assistant This is a fixed-term, one-year maternity cover position until 31 August 2027, or until the substantive postholder returns, whichever is sooner. Start date: September 2026 Term-time only (39 weeks) - 37 hours per week Pay Scale Range: NJC Outer London scale point NJC11 (Β£32,070) to NJC17 (Β£34,998) - actual salary: NJC11 (Β£27,794 - FTE 0.87) to NJC17 (Β£30,603 - FTE 0.87). We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated SEND team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with additional needs while leading and developing a team of Teaching Assistants.
