Named Pupil Teaching Assistant (KS2 AM)

We are looking

for a caring, flexible, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join us and

make a real difference to children’s lives. This is a job

working with a child working in KS2 within a friendly, supportive and

communicative team in a school that has a good reputation for SEN provision. You will be

based in class supporting a child that who needs support with communication and

language, social, emotional and behavioural needs and accessing the KS2

Curriculum. The job will be working mornings in class and providing support at

lunch time.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is confident working 1:1, in small groups, and within a

whole-class setting. Can work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and colleagues to

support learning and behaviour. Brings warmth, patience, and resilience to the role. Builds strong, positive relationships with children and

parents. Promotes self-esteem, inclusion, and emotional development.
