About the role

Examinations & Data Officer Permanent, Full Time (36.66 hours per week), Full Year. To commence 1 September 2026. Salary: Points 18-22 of the School Support Staff pay spine, currently £31,573 - £33,699 The Role: We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working within an exams department to join our friendly team as an Examinations & Data Officer. You will have previously worked in a similar role within a school or college, be dynamic, enthusiastic and enjoy working under pressure. You will be responsible for the effective administration of all internal and external examinations with the ability to understand complex regulations and information, translate it into working procedures and practices and communicate it to others. You will support the Trust Deputy Head of MIS with the effective set up and use of the Academy MI system (Arbor) to enable the collation and presentation of accurate data. A willingness to work flexibly is essential as are exceptional organisational, IT, problem-solving and communication skills. A knowledge of Arbor would be an advantage. You will be required to work additional hours during the busy exam period, but time off in lieu can be taken at less busy times.
