We are seeking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant to join our successful team. The successful candidate will support children with a range of needs, including at times providing support to pupils with SEND. We welcome candidates who have: ο· At least one yearsβ experience in a primary school ο· A sound understanding of how young children learn and develop ο· Successful strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND needs ο· A passion for learning and high expectations for themselves and their pupils ο· Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to form positive partnerships with parents and to work effectively as part of a team ο· GCSE Maths & English passes and ideally further studies in child development/
