Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting children's wellbeing. Works collaboratively to contribute to the wider life of the academy and support continuous school improvement.
