About the role

Hallam Primary School are seeking to appoint a full-time, Integrated Resource Class Teacher from January 2027 (or sooner if the appointed candidate is able to) . The successful candidate will join us to complete a strong team and contribute to the school’s success. They must have a commitment to inclusion, diversity and equality to ensure that our whole community develops ‘Aims high and Dreams big’ . Outstanding practice in relation to teaching children with complex learning difficulties (including Autism, complex speech,languageand communication needs​ The ability to plan and deliver highly adapted learning activities to meet the needs of our learners with complex needs​ Delivery of highly engaging and motivating learning​ Thorough knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning issues​ Ability to generate, organise and analyse data in order to raise standards​ Thorough knowledge and understanding of assessment.​​​ ​Understanding of the school's ethos and behavioural policies​ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively​ Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents​ Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations​ The ability to inspire and support others to improve their own classroom practice
