About the Role: We are looking for an exceptional KS2 Teacher to inspire and motivate our young learners. The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons, adhering to the national curriculum. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love of learning. Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing targeted support and feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children. Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a positive, nurturing approach. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS). Have proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 Possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum. Be passionate about education and have a genuine commitment to child-centered learning. Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Be highly organised, adaptable and reflective.
