The Learning Partnership is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to join our School Improvement Team as Director of Inclusion. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead our Trust-wide inclusion strategy across both our primary and secondary schools, ensuring every child receives the support, opportunities and high-quality provision they need to succeed. We are looking for an experienced educational leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils, leading SEND provision and driving inclusive practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy CEO and school leaders across the Trust to develop a coherent, strategic approach to inclusion that delivers measurable impact for children and young people. What we're looking for: You will be a highly credible leader with substantial experience at Headteacher level or above i.e. within a senior trust leadership position, with responsibility for strategic school improvement and inclusion. You will have a deep understanding of SEND, attendance, behaviour, alternative provision and wider inclusion priorities, alongside a strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Equality Act 2010. We are seeking someone who: Has substantial and successful experience in educational leadership at Headteacher level or above. Has successfully led SEND, pupil premium and wider inclusion strategies, demonstrating clear impact on outcomes for pupils. Can analyse data effectively to identify strengths, risks and priorities for improvement. Is skilled in coaching, supporting and developing school leaders and staff. Builds strong relationships with schools, families, external agencies and professional partners. Has the vision, resilience and determination to drive improvement across a diverse family of schools.
