Higher Level Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will be someone who: Holds an HLTA qualification and has a secure knowledge of primary education. Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above and a Level 4 teaching and learning qualification. Is motivated, positive, hardworking and willing to join an enthusiastic team. Is able to demonstrate high expectations for learning and behaviour, working within the schools policies and procedures. Champions children and puts their needs and well-being at the forefront of the purpose of their role. Is professionally discreet and able to respect confidentiality.
