Contract Details Contract 1: 22 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, (pro-rata salary is £12,369.23 - £12,866.58) Contract 2: 14.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, (pro-rata salary is £8,293.05 - £8,423.15) Our school is inclusive and strives to provide the best education and care it can, to help every child, whatever their starting point, to be the best they can be and reach their potential. As such, we are seeking two caring and committed Teaching Assistants who can inspire, motivate and support our children on a 1:1 basis in Key Stage 2. Our ideal candidate will be someone who: Has a good knowledge of a range of SEND needs and ways to support these Is confident, resilient, and dedicated, and has a positive attitude Has previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment. Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team. Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills. Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents. Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development.
