Salary: Grade 8 (SCP 19-22) Salary FTE £31,067 - 32,654 Prorated to 30 hours Term Time Only + 3 weeks ( £22,777-£23,940 per annum) *Pay award pending Hours of Work: 30.00 hours a week / Contract Weeks: 47.15 Flexible in terms of days worked Post Status: Permanent Based at the Alliance of Leading Learning office, Marches School, Oswestry SY11 2AR About the Role You’ll play a key role in the strategic development, coordination and successful delivery of our National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) and wider professional learning programmes, working closely with schools, course facilitators, delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and strategic professional with strong skills in stakeholder management, communications, marketing and digital strategy, financial acumen and operational leadership, who can support the growth of the Alliance through effective promotion, relationship-building and the development of new income-generating initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Grow our high-impact professional learning offer Lead the smooth coordination of programme delivery, ensuring participants, facilitators, schools and partners receive a professional and positive experience. Use communications, marketing and digital strategy to strengthen engagement, raise the profile of the Alliance and support recruitment targets. Build strong relationships with schools, partners and stakeholders, representing the Alliance with confidence at key events and forums.
