ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Location: Henry Chadwick Primary School, Hill Ridware, Staffordshire Salary: Grade 5 SCP 7-9 Full Time Equivalent Pay Range between Β£26,403 - Β£27,254 p.a. (Pay Award pending) Actual Salary: Β£21,575.96 per annum to Β£22,271.38 per annum (Working Weeks 42; Paid Weeks 48.51 ) Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent, Term Time (38 weeks) plus four weeks: 32.5 hours/week Working Days: Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 3.45 pm (30 minutes for lunch) With prior notice, the post holder will be required to attend occasional evening meetings β Time Off in Lieu will be granted. We know our families well and the Administration Officer will often be the first point of contact between families and school staff. We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have with our school community and need a person that is willing and ready to build a relationship with pupils, staff and the wider community. As an essential part of our team, you will help ensure that every child receives the very best start to their learning journey. The successful candidate will: Have experience of working in a primary school office. Have excellent organisational and time management skills Communicate effectively and work well with others Have experience with administration systems, HR and financial processes Be confident in using IT and digital tools Work with accuracy and have good attention to detail Be able to handle confidential information with discretion. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths β strong English and Maths skills Ability to manage in a fast-paced working environment with ever changing priorities Be part of a team supporting the overall work and ethos of the school Be part of a team who are the first point of contact for parents/carers and all stakeholders contacting the school β either by telephone, face to face or emails.
