About the Role We are seeking to appoint a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive secondary school. Working in the English department the postholder will support in lessons, deliver interventions and teach small groups. The successful candidate will play a key role in teaching and learning across the English department, working closely with teaching staff and students. Applications will be considered from candidates who do not hold the HLTA qualification providing they can demonstrate they have substantial experience of supporting leaners in a school environment. Contract This is a fixed term position in the first instance util the end of the academic year 27 hours per week across Monday - Friday on a term-time only basis (39 weeks) About Iveshead School An 11-19 school where students have the opportunity to study seamlessly, within one extremely well resourced campus.
