Job title : Education Support Assistant Salary : CSET10 £26,403 FTE, £13,810 prorated Hours : 22.5 hours per week, term time + INSET Working pattern : 8.30am - 1pm, Monday - Friday Contract type : Fixed term until 31/08/2027 About the role We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Education Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every pupil, regardless of need, has access to a full and enriching school experience. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted learning activities that support literacy, numeracy and the wider curriculum, helping students achieve their personal academic success. You’ll take the lead on delivering pre-planned sessions to small groups, support students with EHCPs and give feedback to teachers based strategies to meet individual needs. Whether it’s contributing to curriculum planning, using ICT to boost independence, or supporting students during break times and school trips, your work will be central to our mission of providing a great education for every child. You understand that every student is unique and you’re ready to support them in reaching their full potential—academically, socially and emotionally.
