The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Three Rivers Teaching School Hub as an Initial Teacher Training Mentor. Working closely with trainees, placement schools, programme leaders and partner organisations, you will provide high-quality mentoring and pastoral support while also contributing to the recruitment and promotion of our Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring every trainee receives exceptional support throughout their training journey, from recruitment through to successful programme completion. This post will be based at our central team office in Gosforth and you may be required to travel across the Region. The successful candidate will: Hold formal qualifications Experience working with people Have experience of clerical and administrative processes Good ICT skills, including spreadsheets, word processing and databases Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to participate in training and development Our commitment to Safeguarding: We are strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.
