We are looking for a teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, preferably in early years education Can plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to individual needs Uses assessment effectively to support progress and next steps Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, pupil-centred approach Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
