Job Title: Front of House Duty Manager Actual Salary: £13.45 - £14.66 per hour (CLF Grade B) Contract Type: Casual Additional role info: This role is based at the Tacchi Morris Arts Centre, part of Monkton Wood Academy. Some weekend work may be required as part of this role. Provisional Start Date: September 2026 Your opportunity to make a difference in the performing arts and education: We're looking for one or more enthusiastic, hardworking Front of House Duty Managers to join our team. Successful candidates will have a passion for all types of live events and enjoy working with our varied audiences at Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre. Strong people and teamwork skills are essential, as well as a can-do attitude and hands-on approach. About you: You will have: Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment Experience supporting or coordinating events Experience supervising or managing teams, including casual staff or volunteers Good numeracy and cash handling skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders The ability to stay focused and manage competing priorities in a busy environment The ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions Applicants are advised to refer to the full requirements of the role in the attached job description and person specification, prior to submitting an application.
