We are looking to appoint a Year Leader. This role involves supporting the Key Stage 3 and 4 teams by helping to deliver strong pastoral care, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and implementing behaviour policies consistently. You will assist with assemblies, tutor time, and the tutor programme, while responding promptly to safeguarding concerns and supporting students’ wellbeing. The role also includes contributing to parent/carer events, careers activities, and primary transition work, as well as leading specific projects when required. You will work closely with tutors and senior staff to uphold the school’s ethos and undertake other duties as directed by the Director or Deputy Director of Key Stage 3/4.
