The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching children with SEND
across the primary phase
- Strong understanding of SEMH, communication
needs, and cognition and learning difficulties
- Ability to differentiate effectively and
deliver personalised learning
- Strong behaviour management skills, with
experience of trauma-informed approaches
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to inclusion and high
expectations for all learners
