Learning Support Assistant (Special School)

Have you ever considered supporting the Teaching and Learning of children and young people who have Special Needs? We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to join our hardworking and friendly team, working to support our special needs children Age 3-19 years covering a whole range of complex needs including ASD, SLD, PMLD and challenging behaviour. Working hours Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.50 am - 3.20 pm Tuesday 8.50 am -4.20 pm (team meeting 3.20 pm -4.20 pm) every other Tuesday Friday 8.50 am - 1.10 pm Training every Monday and Thursday 3.20 pm- 4.20 pm - during your training period Monday - Friday term time only plus all inset days Essex Pay Structure Scale 3, point 5 ( Pro Rata) Depending on experience Salary £15,698.24 plus Inner Fringe £641.48 (Total £16,339.72 Actual after pro rata) Experience not needed in house training provided.
