inclusion. About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching
Assistant with senior lunchtime responsibilities, you will be a vital part of
our team, helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both
academically and personally. Your role will include: Working under the guidance of teachers to support learning in the
classroom and, when needed, supervise classes for short-term, pre-planned
cover. Delivering structured support for pupils, including contributing
to Individual Education, Behaviour and Support plans and guided reading
sessions. Supporting teachers with planning, assessment and accurate
recording of pupil progress. Providing pastoral support; assist with pupils’ personal needs,
first aid and wellbeing practises. Accompanying pupils on visits and extracurricular activities and
help run out-of-class provision (breaks, lunchtimes) as required. Using ICT to support learning and help develop pupils’ confidence
with technology. Encouraging resilience, independence, and confidence in our pupils Contributing to the school’s high standards of behaviour and
achievement Working under the direction of the
Headteacher, organise and supervise the work of the supervisory assistants Supervising of children before, during and
after the school meal, This is a hands-on role where you will have direct impact on
pupils’ learning and wellbeing every day, offering a meaningful chance to
