Teaching Assistant Level 1

Level 1 Teaching Assistant Required September 2026 Permanent, Term time only, 30 hours a week   Salary Grade C point 5 (£25,583.00 FTE) Actual Salary per annum £17,841   Lawn Primary School is seeking to appoint a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher with teaching and learning in the classroom and contribute to the management of pupil behaviour by encouraging positive behaviour in the classroom. Lawn Primary School is an outstanding nurturing primary school with 425 pupils. We are located in a leafy Suburb of Derby with extensive grounds and buildings. The role will include s upporting pupils’ with additional learning needs.
