The successful candidate will: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent) Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting Be passionate and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development; Develop strong relationships with children, staff and other stakeholders; Have the ability to motivate and inspire children throughout their learning journey; Be able to use specialist skills/training/experience to support children’s needs; Be committed to the school's high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care; Have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
